Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the purchaser. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. Honey Bee BioTech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance issues, or seized shipments due to regulatory violations.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified product defect or fulfillment error. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
